MATF Business Services — Terms of Use
MATF Business Services — TERMS OF USE AND END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Effective date: September 9, 2026
1. Operator and acceptance
These Terms govern your use of MATF Business Services (the “Service”), operated by My Adventure to Fit, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The Service is a private business tool for authorized Company personnel and authorized service providers performing work for the Company. Publishing these Terms does not make the Service available to the public or grant access to Company systems.
2. Limited license
We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Service for authorized Company business purposes. You may not sell, sublicense or provide access to the Service to others without our permission. The Company and its licensors retain their rights in the Service. These Terms do not transfer ownership of connected business records.
3. Functionality and connected services
The Service is a private application supporting authorized business operations, data management and connected services, including integrations with QuickBooks Online, Cin7 Core and OpenAI services such as ChatGPT. Available functions depend on the installed version, enabled integrations and granted permissions.
Where implemented and enabled, functions may include reading business records, comparing records across systems, preparing analyses and proposed corrections, and creating or updating accounting or inventory records. A description of functionality does not guarantee that it is available in every version or environment.
Each connected business account requires appropriate authorization. Access to a test environment does not grant access to live business accounts.
4. Authorization and responsibility for changes
You may connect only accounts and use only data that you are authorized to access for Company business. Keep credentials and access tokens confidential and report suspected unauthorized access promptly to jonathan@myadventuretofit.com.
Accounting and inventory changes must be reviewed and approved by an authorized person before execution. You are responsible for checking the affected company, records, dates, amounts and accounts, and for following Company approval procedures. Approval of a proposed change does not eliminate the need to verify its result in the source system.
Do not bypass access restrictions, approval requirements or safeguards; use the Service unlawfully; introduce malicious instructions or code; or disclose Company data to unauthorized recipients.
5. AI-assisted outputs
AI-generated outputs can contain errors, omissions or unsupported conclusions. Treat them as assistance requiring human review. The Service does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or financial judgment. Do not rely on an AI-generated statement that a transaction succeeded without checking the relevant system or execution result.
6. Third-party services and privacy
Use of QuickBooks Online, Cin7 Core, OpenAI and other connected services is also subject to their applicable terms, permissions and privacy practices. Their availability, features and access requirements may change independently of the Company.
Our handling of Service information is described in the MATF Business Services Privacy Policy at https://myadventuretofit.com/pages/matf-business-services-privacy-policy. You must have authority to submit business records, including personal information within those records, for the processing described there.
The Service is independently operated by the Company. References to Intuit, QuickBooks, Cin7, OpenAI or Shopify do not imply their endorsement or certification of the Service.
7. Suspension, disconnection and termination
We may suspend or end access when it is no longer authorized, when these Terms are violated, or when necessary to address a security or operational issue. Your license ends when your authorization ends or you stop agreeing to these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and request disconnection through jonathan@myadventuretofit.com. Where available, an authorized administrator may also revoke the integration through the connected provider's account controls.
Stopping a local process or removing the Service from ChatGPT does not necessarily revoke the underlying QuickBooks or Cin7 credentials. Disconnection does not reverse changes already made or automatically delete records, exports or conversations. Retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability, warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with every third-party feature.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will identify the effective date of the revised version. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users before they take effect. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
