After purchasing the normal size, kids and hubby tried it and that was all it took. Made the decision to go big or not have any left 😅 We live in Florida where it is an absolute health necessity to stay hydrated and that it does. All good things to say about this awesome product.

So I got the small one first thinking oh I’ll just drink it here and there 😂 I was wrong. I walk 5 miles a day and really needed something in this Texas heat to give me my electrolytes and this is it! My husband is a flatbed truck driver and came home for a week and drank the majority of my electrolytes so I ordered the family size and for the price and size it’s 100% worth it! I’ve been following Tiffany since the 21 Day meal plan and she NEVER disappoints. Her greens and pre workouts are great too! I’ll continue buying this.
