What This Challenge Is All About
For the next 21 days, we’re committing to simple, real food meals using the Beyond the Tiffany Plate book as our guide. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency, accountability, and showing up for yourself every single day.
We’ll use this group for support, encouragement, and daily check-ins. Together, we’ll keep each other accountable and prove how much can change in just 3 weeks when we focus on fueling our bodies, not fighting them. I have hosted dozens of challenges in the past and all of them have achieved incredible success stories.
How It Works
✅ Follow the Book: Choose meals and ideas straight from Beyond the Tiffany Plate. There are over 50 incredible recipes I make and use regularly included. Simple is the name of the game here.
✅ Check-In Posts: Each day there will be a thread where you can share:

✅ Accountability: Comment on at least one other person’s check-in to encourage them!
✅ Stay Real: Life happens—if you have an off meal, just get right back on track with your next plate.
Weekly Focus
Week 1: Get consistent with the basics — easy recipes, meal prep if you can. Don't eat out if you can help it.
Week 2: Focus on variety — try new recipes from the book.
Week 3: Dial in — notice how food makes you feel, adjust portions, and build momentum.
Why 21 Days?
Because it’s long enough to build new habits but short enough to stay motivated. At the end, you’ll feel more energy, more confidence, and more peace knowing you showed up for yourself.
