    Honestly, this meal plan is amazing. I’m not going to sugar coat it. If you follow the plan without without exercise, you WILL lose weight. I lost 13 lbs my first round and have already started another! Tiffany is also a great support, and has laid this plan out in a way that everyone can understand! ❤

    I get to enjoy real food. No counting calories. I just eat super clean healthy food off the list and I lose weight. I dont even have to exercise if I dont want to because the weight falls off your body from eating it. If something isn’t on the list dont eat it. Simple as that.

    I’m a real person with real results! Always skeptical but after following several people on Instagram who were losing weight and looking great I decided it was time I give it a try and ordered it. The plan works. I lost 17 pounds in 21 days. My husband 17 as well. You find ways to get creative with the food and feel so good doing it.     I tried diet after diet after diet and they all failed. I just completed my first round of this plan and lost -16.2 lbs in 21 days! I am starting another round in 4 days. It is NOT A DIET! It is a lifestyle change, retraining your brain about what you’re eating for, and giving your body what it needs. For once, this is something that feels sustainable. I cannot recommend this enough!

    I LOVE this plan, it dosen’t feel like a diet because it’s much easier to go from the plan again and you eat real food. I followed the plan to 100% in 6 months and i lost 30kg (60lbs)!! Tiffany saved my life.

    The best plan ever! It is a healthy way of life. The weight just melts off. I wasn’t 100% compliant on my off days and still lost weight. I will follow this plan for life.

    Ive tried them all with little to no luck..I done the 21 Day Meal Plan and I lost 22 lbs the first 21 days..Im into round 2 and im down 26 lbs so far..I love this meal plan!! Im NOT hungry all the time and I feel amazing! <3 I would STRONGLY recommend this meal plan.

    I’ve been overweight most of my life and when I found Tiffany and this plan, I found a new healthy lifestyle where I get to eat real food! I’ve lost more than 75 pounds after starting on the 8th of January 2018. I’ve also found new friends through the amazing support group on Facebook! I genuinely think that this plan saved me from myself and gave me a new chance to be myself in the best way I can!

    This is the first time a weight loss plan has worked for me. I’ve done low carb, weight watchers 4 times, several other diets and none of them worked or taught me about food. This plan is simple but definitely takes some preparation. This is not a plan that you can’t prepare for (at least for me) I needed to meal prep because I work a 9-5, if I didn’t bring my meals with me then I could definitely go off track. This plan shows you that whole pure fruits, vegetables, and protein are THE best way to lose weight. Other plans just showed me that if I stayed under my points or whatever that I can eat whatever I want and lose weight. That didn’t work for me. This plan taught me how to lose weight, how to look at ingredients and what not to put in my body, it taught me that bready carbs were what was causing me to majorly gain weight. But the things it taught me that we major for me what that I do have self control, I don’t need junk food just because everyone else is eating it or putting me down for skipping it, it taught me how to properly fuel my body in the purest way, but most importantly it taught me that I definitely can make my weight loss goal and that this is a lifestyle change.

    This is the most amazing plan I have ever tried! Absolutely amazing results and eating the best foods! I thought lack of salt would be so hard for me but it’s been surprisingly easy! I have been recommending it to ALL my friends and family! 10 stars!

    Easily the best meal plan I’ve ever been on and it’s so cheap! It’s simple yet effective and there’s no catch to It – just real food. There’s always room to be creative and come up with new recipes using the ingredients from the plan and there is a ton of support from other meal plan babes who are also going through the same journey. I love this community and love how supportive everybody is of each other!

    I have tried other diets before and have failed but the 21 day meal plan is the one that has worked for me! I lost 95lbs in 6 months from following the plan. It’s super easy to follow and the food choices are great! I highly recommend this diet in which I have turned into a lifestyle!
