I have been testing out a few companies for electrolytes. I had back problems and ended up with several back surgeries causing A LOT of weight gain. I started working again as a cna, the work is very vigorous and strenuous. I started having severe muscle cramping and spasms due to sweating out all of my magnesium and potassium’s ect. There are very few electrolyte drinks or powders that rebalance my electrolytes out. This is one that has helped me ease my muscle spasms and cramping while putting in a days work. I am not full of pain and I am able to function at work all day and after. I love my job I love my life and I am totally in love with these electrolytes! The flavor is just the icing on the cake, it has great flavor.

Concord grape is probably my favorite out of all the electrolytes. Top 3 are concord grape, blue raspberry, and watermelon candy. I can't wait to try Dragonfruit!

I tried the blue raspberry, lemon, watermelon, and candy apple flavors — and wow, they’re all amazing! You can really taste how clean and natural they are. They don’t have that artificial aftertaste like most electrolyte drinks do.

For anyone complaining about the price — honestly, they’re worth every penny. You’re paying for quality, and it shows. I didn’t think I’d like the little containers instead of the individual packets, but I actually prefer them! The jars are super convenient, easy to scoop from, and great for keeping on the counter or tossing in a gym bag.

These have become my go-to for daily hydration — refreshing, effective, and all-natural. Highly recommend! 💧💙🍉🍋🍏

I was never a water drinker. I hated the non existent taste. I tried adding berries, lemon or lime for flavor, however it was still yucky! Then I tried the grape flavored electrolytes from Adventure Fit and absolutely loved it! I can happily say that I am drinking my water quota every day! I prefer it instead of soda! It’s helped me stay hydrated and healthy.
