Protein Iced Coffee Recipe:
- Mix one scoop of chocolate whey into 4 oz of room temp water (avoid mixing directly into hot liquids).
- Add 6 oz of iced coffee or two shots of espresso.
- Stir in 2 tbsp of heavy cream.
Frozen Smoothie Coffee Recipe:
- In a blender, add one scoop of chocolate whey to 6 oz of unsweetened almond milk.
- Add one large frozen banana and a few ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.

I haven't I haven't tried it yet but if it's anything like they're great and the raspberry that are great with mixing with water or other juices to add a little bit of juice to it to and then mix it with some water nice which is a perfect combination it has replaced Gatorades for me and I'm not spending as much on the container

I love these electrolytes. I recently had colon surgery and they suggested an electrolyte drink. I tried several brands until I came across “My Adventure to Fit” brand.
