I work out daily and drink my electrolytes which helps me stay alert for my 10 -hour days, usually 6 days a week!! My Dad is 91, he'll be 92 in October... He has a super pubic catheter and his urine hasn't looked good. We try to get him to drink more, but he has dementia as well. It's hard. I love these chocolate greens and have used them for years. It’s the perfect way to sweeten my iced coffee and add a bit of a “mocha” flavor without the added sugar and calories. Highly recommend!!
