Directions:
1. Mix one scoop of chocolate whey into 4oz of room temp water - Mix Well (Do not mix in hot beverage)
2. Add 6oz iced coffee or 2 shots of espresso
3. Add 2 tbsp heavy cream

2. Add 1 large frozen banana and a few ice cubes
3. Blend
