Protein Iced Coffee Recipe:
- Mix one scoop of chocolate whey into 4 oz of room temp water (avoid mixing directly into hot liquids).
- Add 6 oz of iced coffee or two shots of espresso.
- Stir in 2 tbsp of heavy cream.
Frozen Smoothie Coffee Recipe:
- In a blender, add one scoop of chocolate whey to 6 oz of unsweetened almond milk.
- Add one large frozen banana and a few ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.

These are very tasty & they have eliminated my husbands muscle cramps. My husband was getting terrible muscle cramps sometimes in the middle of the night. We tried them while visiting my niece.
