High Protein Beef Rice Cottage Cheese Bowl

If you’ve been watching my videos lately, you’ve probably seen me making this beef rice bowl on repeat — and honestly… I completely understand why people are recreating it. 😂

It’s one of those meals that sounds simple, but the combination is SO good.

Warm seasoned beef, fluffy white rice, creamy cottage cheese, crunchy pickles, and tangy salsa verde somehow turn into the perfect high-protein comfort meal.

It takes less than 10 minutes to make, keeps me full for hours, and has become one of my favorite realistic meals when I want something satisfying without overcomplicating food.

And of course… I almost always pair it with my electrolytes because salty pickles + salsa verde + ice cold electrolytes is honestly such a good combo. 😂

My Beef Rice Cottage Cheese Bowl

Ingredients

  • 100g cooked 91% lean ground beef
  • 100g cooked white rice
  • 100g low-fat cottage cheese
  • Pickles
  • 1–2 servings green salsa verde

Optional Drink Pairing

Directions

  1. Cook and season your ground beef however you like.
  2. Add the cooked white rice to a bowl.
  3. Top with the beef, cottage cheese, pickles, and salsa verde.
  4. Serve with an ice cold electrolyte drink and enjoy!
