🥞 What It Tastes Like

It does not taste like a traditional pancake.
It tastes like a light, airy, high-volume food — you’ll love it.
If you don’t like eggs or that texture, probably not for you. And that’s okay 😆


📌 Why I Eat It

  • 6 egg whites = high protein, very low fat

  • Huge volume for very low calories → keeps me full for hours

  • Perfect for mornings when I want a big breakfast without spending calories


📖 My Exact Recipe

Egg White Pancake

  • 6 egg whites (≈ ¾ cup liquid whites)

  • Tiny spray of avocado oil (usually 1–2 grams)

How to cook

  1. Whip egg whites with mixer until soft peaks form

  2. Pour into nonstick pan on medium heat and cover with lid

  3. Cook for ~5 minutes or until set (flip if you want browning on both sides)

  4. Top & eat with a fork the size of Texas 😂

 

How to Cook (Oven Version)


  1. Whip egg whites with a mixer until soft peaks form
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment and give it a light spray of avocado oil
  3. Spread the whipped egg whites into a pancake shape (they puff up, so keep it even!)
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until set and lightly golden
  5. Peel it off, top it however you love it!

MINI CLOUD PUFFS:

Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes. Turn off the oven, crack the door open, and let them sit for 2 minutes to set. Remove and enjoy!
